Privacy Policy
We have a very simple privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with anyone. We do not collect any personal information other than what is necessary for online sales. We will not place you on a list to receive information via email unless you implicitly ask us to do so. We do not share any lists with anyone.
Return Policy
All doll clothes can be returned to us within 14 days of the date of invoice. After 14 days returns or claims of any kind must be arranged through us. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on items returned that are not defective. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items
We do not accept any returns without a valid RMA number. Upon returning, please clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the package. Also include the RMA# inside of the package on a packing slip or other document. (An 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper with the RMA# on it is suffucuent to meet this requirement). The item must include all parts to qualify for a refund. Refund will be made (less restocking fees) upon receiving the return and verifying the contents. We do not cross ship. All candy sales are final.
Warranty Policy
All doll clothes is guaranteed to be in good condition upon receipt. If for any reason there is a tear or it is defective in anyway please contact us for an RMA#.
Shipping Policy
Crafty Ideas Plus generally ships UPS Ground but reserves the right to choose an alternate shipping vendor. In no case will this choice affect your shipping costs. Clothes small enough to fit in a standard mailer and deliveries in Massachusetts that do not qualify for Ground shipping will be shipped USPS. Please contact us for rush shipping.
Custom made items require time to make. We generally ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. Orders after 5PM will be considered recieved on the next business day. If, for some unforseen reason, your item is not scheduled to ship on time we will contact you directly. We do not make items or ship on Saturday or Sunday.
